Presentation Guidelines
Presentation Lengths
The standard time provided for each presentation varies according to the presentation type. Please check your conference account and the program for your presentation type.
Authors are asked to follow these presentation times:
➢ Session Keynote Talk
30 minutes (including Q&A)
➢ Regular Talk
15 minutes (including Q&A)
Session chairs will stop presentations after the allotted time has passed. Please prepare your presentation to fit the assigned time.

Other Information
- Bring your own laptop computer to project your presentation or arrange with session speakers to share a laptop. The Congress will not provide laptops for presentations except for plenary and semi-plenary lectures.
- We strongly encourage you to have a backup of your presentation on a USB storage device in the event your laptop has a technical problem or is incompatible with the LCD projector.
- International speakers, be sure that you have the necessary cords/converters so that your laptop will work with the LCD projector. VGA connections will be used.
- We strongly encourage you to test your laptop compatibility with the equipment provided by going to your presentation room during the breaks.
- We ask that all presentations be ready at the beginning of the technical session.
- Please make sure to attend your entire session to ensure a smooth structure to the session and to allow for any questions and answers.
- All presentations must be prepared and delivered in English.
- Power Point Slides:
The Conference has not supplied a standard template slide design.- You do not need to submit your Power Point slides to organizers before your session.
